Really good stuff to know for self defense. Make sure to only use it if its ABSOLUTELY necessary. If you can avoid a fight, DO IT. Always try to talk it out first.

This app doesnt intend to make you Royce Gracie but rather provides real world things to keep in mind during a confrontation. Its useful info that could stop you from getting hurt or save your life. The instruction is well done and easy to follow.
