Ive downloaded all the apps on self defense and this is by far the most practical and useful in real life situations

Its cool to see stuff that even the average guy can use

A raw version of jiu jitsu that is effective against bigger, more aggressive street attacks. A good start for bjj.

Gives out really great information, but too bad you need to pay so much for extra individual videos.

But why have to pay all that when we are not in a gym, this isnt live and we need to be our own coaches, but still awesome app

Useless, waste of time, use YouTube instead

Very good App helps me with my training and understanding jiu jitsu,helps me a lot thanks!

Its great the way we learn those things by this app

Using the thumb to deviate an arm instead of the entire hand doesnt make sense. Allowing one to keep punching you while you just protect your head and lose sight doesnt work either. Karate offers more practical strategies for these situations. I guess later they teach chokes but if you dont trust the first lessons why get to the later lessons.

I have study several different Martial arts and The trouble with martial arts is tradition and sport he weeds out all the junk and gives you the good stuff for survival and Think about it a class would cost you maybe 20 to 15 bucks depending on what kind of class you take you would pay that month after month after month after month after month after month for junk and the good stuff so youre getting a good deal here for 30 bucks to get the whole thing and learn all of that, study with a partner! And buy the training manual for two bucks its a great deal this is a great app

This video is very helpful to me especially because im a martial artist as well and some of these same things he demonstrates are things that i teach learn and implement on a daily basis in the street. Ous!

Only gets 4 stars cause I already know most of this as I train BJJ and kickboxing! Peace
